Higher Nature is a dynamic, privately-owned food supplements business, based in East Sussex. With outstanding credentials in vitamins, minerals and supplements, the Higher Nature brand is known for its unique, ethical and effective products.

Poised for the next stage of growth, we are planning to develop our premium brand within supplements and foods and to increase retail distribution to reach a wider consumer audience.

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to take up the role of Sales Director, to lead our sales team and to develop and deliver a sales plan which supports our long-term strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a pivotal role and a unique opportunity for the right candidate.

You will have a proven track-record in achieving sales growth within an FMCG branded business, ideally within the food or health products industry, and will have a strong background in national accounts. Experience of working in a high-growth and multi-channel environment would be an advantage. Relevant trade channels include multiple grocery, pharmacy, independent health food, export and direct-to-consumer.
