Poised for the next stage of growth, we are planning to develop our premium brand within supplements and foods and to increase retail distribution to reach a wider consumer audience.

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to take up the role of Sales Director, to lead our sales team and to develop and deliver a sales plan which supports our long-term strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a pivotal role and a unique opportunity for the right candidate.

You will have a proven track-record in achieving sales growth within an FMCG branded business, ideally within the food or health products industry, and will have a strong background in national accounts. Experience of working in a high-growth and multi-channel environment would be an advantage. Relevant trade channels include multiple grocery, pharmacy, independent health food, export and direct-to-consumer.

We are searching for an outstanding individual who will relish the opportunity to work in our entrepreneurial and people-focused culture, taking on the lead sales role and joining our senior management team at an exciting point in the history of the company.
