Aligning a nationwide organisation with over 200 branches, you’ll pioneer and action a sustainable customer management strategy and directly lead a large scale team in its execution. Your role as a General Manager will be to transform and re-engineer ways of working and provide clarity of direction. You will build structured commercial process, improve the effectiveness of your region’s operations maximising your labour force to achieve financial objectives without in anyway compromising customer care.
Naturally a remit of this magnitude requires classic leadership techniques, inspirational thinking and operational excellence in branch / retail management. It will be your dynamic approach in coaching your teams and developing their capability that will deliver results.
