As a Commercial Strategy Controllers/ Manager, reporting to the Sales Director, it’ll be your key responsibility to build in our capability using price, trade promotions and pack format as levers for category sales growth, share gain and profit delivery. There'll be a three-year time horizon to build and implement your recommendations across all sales channels and core brand segments. Direct accountability is part and parcel of our culture; so you'll also need to support sales teams with insight, training and promotional capability to implement key price changes and ensure ongoing tracking and evaluation through research and market data. We're looking for people with an outstanding and demonstrable track record in FMCG pricing strategy, in-depth trade/customer knowledge and, essentially, the ability to interact with and influence senior management and motivate others. Underpinning all this will be your:
