Stock and Replenishment Manager
Excellent Salary plus Package Ref: 10352
This is an exciting and rare opportunity to take ownership for the delivery and implementation of a new stock and replenishment system being introduced into the Society’s food stores and supermarkets. This role involves managing the operational aspects of the project including developing and managing a central stock and replenishment team, as well as introducing new working processes in store and at the centre. Once delivered, you will have full accountability for the efficient operation of the system, delivering optimum sales through appropriate shelf availability and store inventory levels. You will oversee the monitoring, reporting and KPI management of the system in addition to the sales based ordering support desk.
You are most likely to have worked in a food retail environment managing across merchandising, stock management or replenishment. With an in depth knowledge of using stock and replenishment systems you must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the operational and cultural issues involved in delivering a new system.
