As a leading Chilled Food Player, our client has an impressive track record of growth and an exceptionally bright future. In order to achieve this they commit strong levels of investment into both NPD & Leading Edge Commercial & Category solutions. As the Customer Marketing Manager you will become the acknowledged expert of the category and build strong relationships through sharing credible information and guidance.
- You will also gain exposure to Strategically Led Category Initiatives; gaining a vast insight into the Commercialisation of leading O/L Chilled NPD Programs.
- Operating as a key linchpin within a Matrix Led Business Unit. Of course you will be tasked with analysing data and identifying/driving insights that will form the foundation of futures business Win/Win's for You, Your Customer and the all important End Consumer.
- Finally you will also be given the challenge of contributing to an all encompassing 2012/13 “Customer Excellence” strategy that they have undertaken to deliver over the 2-3 years.
Relevant Candidates will have ideally gained exposure to Category/Trade Marketing within one of two channels- Leading FMCG Businesses or working directly for a UK Retailer. In doing so they will be at ease with operating in an fast moving environment, have fantastic communication skills and understand how to shape strategic ideas and implement activities.
Naturally candidates must also be at ease with Data analysis & interpretation across it's various formats including Kantar/ TNS and EPOS. In return the business offers a great platform in which you express your true passion for Category Management within a leading Chilled Area. The client is also willing to consider applications from “exceptional” candidates at the Category Executive level.
