In the UK they lead their market with a string of awards, 55% growth year on year and the best selling product of 2011. To continue their growth they now need to recruit more like minded talent.
ROLE: In this role you will bring your FMCG, consumer products or toy industry experience and develop strong and profitable relationships with a portfolio of customers. These will include high street and specialist retailers such as Wilkinson’s, TK Maxx, Costco, TJ Morris, Harrods & Hamleys. This is an environment where collaboration and open, honest relationships matter and will ensure our client’s continued success. You will develop account plans and range reviews for each of your customers and then work closely with your colleagues to implement these plans and create maximum in-store impact. This is a great development role for someone looking to take the next step in their career.
PERSON: You must be bright and analytical with the ability to build strong relationships and grow sales. You have at least 2 years commercial experience in sales, buying, merchandising or another related role. It is important that you are highly numerate with a high level of excel proficiency and the ability to succeed in a complex and fast paced category. Above all though it’s about your fit – you must be willing to work as part of the UK team, collaborate with others and bring your own unique personality and style.
