Job Details

 The Role 

  • To support Off Trade Multiples Channel to profitably develop and execute strategy for the customer base that optimizes AB InBev performance – MACO, volume, share and cost control
  • To deliver key strategic projects focused on future growth, profitability and sustainability within the highly complex Grocery Customer channel
  • Lead, coach and support total team to deliver plans

Key responsibilities & activities

  • Support and development of key customer JBP & Jag implementation strategy
  • Creative input into shaping the future of the beer category
  • Development of Strategy using tools & resource available
  • Shaping the short, medium and long term strategy of ABI within the beer category
  • Understanding and utilizing shopper and category insight
  • Internal strategy and resource development around channel projects
  • Implementation of strategy to achieve company and sector specific KPI’s
  • Lead by example; demonstrate AB InBev key competencies to achieve results
  • Play an active and influential role in the TH Mults exec
  • Communicate with passion, expertise and enthusiasm both internally and with customers
  • Lead part agendas in monthly team meetings
  • Support key initiatives driven by Off Trade Multiples SD and Exec Team
  • Support development of broader team through own experience and area of expertise
  • Monthly customer/outlet visits with the team
  • Deliver results and customer satisfaction via day to day decision making
  • Develop talent within team and performance manage
  • Be an ambassador for TH Mults to ensure it attracts the best talent from across WEZ
  • Active participation in people reviews with AB InBev leadership team
  • Identify potential future gaps and succession plan accordingly
  • Build and leverage mutually beneficial relationships and networking with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop Inbev’s reputation as the beer category experts

Desired Skills & Experience

  • You must have experience managing one of the Top 3 Grocer accounts from leading FMCG company
  • Graduate level or equivalent with FMCG selling experience.
  • Commercial and leadership experience essential
  • Strong verbal and numeric skills & financial awareness
  • Skilled and experienced negotiator
  • Able to persuade and influence at senior levels both internally and externally
