Learning Development and Training Consultant for top Management Consultancy (FMCG)

This is a dual role of Training and also Commercial input - business development.

You will be responsible for developing your Sector and delivering training courses at a high level, in house and on site.

Follow up Consultancy services, including assisting clients with advice, on-site development, development needs analysis and client support.

You will have at least 5 years commercial experience with a strong FMCG Blue Chip Organisation, preferably in sales. A Management Development/Training/Consultancy experience is desirable.

The role will have a major contributory influence on the business and will offer the opportunity to own shares in the company after an initial qualifying period.
