THE FRANK APPROACH
A hallmark of the service is a frank approach with clients and candidates. "We do not inundate clients with inap-propriate CVs. Succinct interview reports are prepared on all appropriate candi-dates with the 'pros and cons' of their candidacy plus candidate feedback after interviews.
"We will manage the negotiation phase and continue to oversee and manage the process to the resignation and ultimately to the first day of employment" states Davies who founded the consultancy in 2000.
