 A fantastic opportunity has arisen with an FMCG food business based in East Midlands, role is home-based, with access to an additional office in London. They're seeking a bright and talented Category Manager to head up the Convenience sector, including the pub trade which the business envisages being a huge area of growth fort them in the year to come.

Vacany has arisen due to internal promotion and will report directly into the Head of Category. The purpose of the role is to develop the category relationship with Convenience accounts, conducting ranage reviews and providing them with shopper focused insight and building a long-term category development plan encompassing all of the category levers.

You will also work collaboratively with the cross-functional selling team to understand category and customer threats and opportunities, and build plans to realise growth.

Previous expeirence within the Category function from an FMCG supplier is essential, as well as a strong analytical nature but also excellent communication skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Category Executive to step up and further develop their career, or for an expereinced Catgeory Manager to tackle a new challenge with a sucessful business in an exciting period of growth.
