The Role

Due to the sheer size and scale of growth in the past few years they now require a stand-alone Head of Customer Acquisition/Retention to manage their direct marketing function in order to retain existing clients and attract new quality customers to their business. With a number of changes planned to their product model you will be responsible for communicating these messages to the masses using an array of direct marketing channels with £Multimillion budgets.

The Individual

Ultimately you will already be working in a similar role within a business that provides a tangible product i.e. Food, Drink, Clothing etc.  You will be a commercially minded marketeer who can lead by example and use data to provide insight to your strategy. To succeed you must share a “win win” mentality and be prepared to “roll up those sleeves” when needed. Any evidence of successful sales and brand building will be well received.
