An exciting opportunity for an Assistant Brand Manager has developed with a leading international player in the food manufacturing industry. The business manufactures and distributes a variety of branded grocery products many of which are market leading household names. The business turns over in excess of £150m and employs 500 people across their 2 sites. Following on from the recent promotion of one of their graduate employees they are now looking to add a passionate and gifted young marketer to one of their brand marketing teams.

Role

As an Assistant Brand Manager you will work closely with the Brand Manager and other senior directors to develop and drive commercially sound marketing initiatives for your own assigned portfolio of branded products. You will work across all aspects of the marketing mix and so must have a sound understanding of marketing tools and principles.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will be a graduate with experience in a marketing role, (a university placement year will be considered) preferably from an FMCG background. You will have a genuine passion for marketing with clear personal goals and objectives for your future career. Additionally, strong creative and analytical skills will be valuable as well as excellent communication skills.
