We are a Sales, Marketing & Distribution Specialist developing our clients' brands and business in the UK. With an excellent reputation and nationwide connections in retail / FMCG, we guarantee account coverage of all major retailers within the grocery and pharmacy multiples, as well as wholesale outlets and the health food trade. Representing key brands, we are undergoing a period of sustained growth as we extend our reach into new categories and channels.
About The Roles
We are looking to strengthen our Sales Team to deliver our ambitious growth targets by appointing both a seasoned Account Manager and a developing Account Executive.
As key members of the Sales Team, you will implement strategic and operational business plans to deliver sales and growth for Clients, Customers and the Company. You will build strong relationships with Clients and Customers to achieve agreed business plans, selling in products, negotiating commercial terms including pricing, listings, distribution, fees, hurdle rate etc. You will prepare budgets and forecasts, monitor performance and report back against plan, recommending action and support programmes to maximise ROI and achieve objectives. Meeting regularly with clients, you will prioritise and manage available resources to maximum effect, ensuring it’s relative to scale or strategic importance.
About You
The ideal National Account Manager and National Account Executive will have a proven track record of delivering challenging targets across a range of categories and channels, including major multiples. You will have excellent commercial, negotiation and communication skills with strong planning & organisation experience gained in a multi-client / customer / category environment. Ideally, NAM would have a background in fmcg, pharmacy multiples (Boots, Lloyds, Superdrug) /health and beauty, whilst NAE would have a background in fmcg, food and drink.
