Job Details
My client is looking for a dynamic, passionate, energetic and customer focused CRM professional to join their business. You will need to have demonstrable experience in driving objective across specific engagement and customer profitability objective. Deliver smooth CRM planning and execution and driving improvements in customer awareness.

THE ROLE
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Design, plan and execute all sports Customer marketing campaigns based on specific customer segmentation, campaign or behavioural change objectives.
- Plan and implement automated Communications for each customer lifecycle stage
- Understand and drive objectives against specific engagement and customer profitability objectives.
- Driving improvements in customers awareness of services via education & welcome and promotional activity
- Deliver a smooth CRM planning and execution for all regions and product teams which support those teams’ goals
- Work closely with Creative Services to deliver exciting on brand content (both visual and copy)
- Improve core CRM metrics across email and onsite channels
- Advocacy & Customer Satisfaction (NPS shared)
- Exploit multi-channel /multi-platform capabilities and drive new ones
- Ensure design and delivery of programme in all countries
THE PERSON
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Must have solid experience of running a CRM team/department in an online high tech company and a fast paced environment.
- Understanding and implementation of sophisticated customer segmentation targeting & data usage.
- Knowledge of CRM system and processes (Campaign software, Data Management software)
- Leading and developing high performance teams
- Knowledge of Web analytics
Ability to integrate with content & social teams, as well as operational teams
