Powermed Plus is a successful Contract Sales Company offering a professional sales and marketing support on behalf of our clients into predominantly the pharmacy sector.
Focusing on the Health and Beauty market we are seeing consistence year-on-year growth in both the UK and Ireland.
An exciting opportunity to work in a structured approach managing our National sales team of Territory Manager's working closely with our Sales Director, Client manager and Key account team.
The Role
The role of a National Field Sales Manager will be accountable for the profitable achievement of sales productivity, distribution and efficient running of a motivated sales team.
Working closely with our Sales Director you will be accountable through your sales team the achievement of sales, distribution, display and detailing targets as well as building our company profile with both our clients and pharmacy customers.
Other responsibilities include:
1. Prioritizing, coaching and managing performance management
2. Organisation and running team meetings
3. Recruitment
4. Field visits and field training with strong structure
Excellent communication skills, previous experience and an understanding of the pharmacy sector will be given preference, however we are also considering applicants of high quality with management experience.
This role will require extensive travel throughout the UK and regular visits to our head office based in Aylesbury.
