Marketing & Innovation Executive

Do you live and breathe food? We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Innovation Executive with a passion for all things culinary to come on board with a fantastic company in West London.

 You will be responsible for the integration and consolidation of the company’s two main brands, and driving the marketing campaign to introduce the products to the food service industry. This is a high end product, so clients will include Michelin-starred fine dining restaurants and trendy gastro pubs/cafes. Following on the success from this campaign, you will take the products to market with the Multiples (gorgeous boutique retailers and fancy-pants delis).

The Role:

• First things first – writing! You will be responsible for building a genuine passion surrounding the product, and your writing style must be appealing, fun and informative for foodies, chefs and retailers
• Assisting with the brand integration and seeding into various markets
• Social media – You will work across multiple social media platforms to promote the product and build a consumer base, extensive knowledge of and experience in this area is vital
• Heavy involvement with tasting driven event activity
• Innovating new marketing ideas to promote the product to the target market

The Ideal Candidate:

• To be successful for this role you must, must, be passionate about food. Your marketing experience may have come from a different industry, but the right candidate for this role will have maintained (over a long period of time) a food blog/website/freelance work that can attest to this. Examples of this will be asked for, and is one of the key requirements for this role
• A minimum of 2-3 years in a Marketing role
• Excellent experience with social media platforms, particularly Pinterest, Instagram and Twitter. The successful candidate is the type to already have these accounts personally, showcasing their love for the food industry
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and a range of creative software experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong personal presentation skills
