This extremely successful company have experienced continuous growth and due to Brand repositioning require an experienced Brand Manager to join them in these exciting times.

 

The Role

You will be responsible for driving sales across multiple channels on an International level. The successful individual will work with other teams and Countries to shape and direct the future strategy of leading brands internationally. You will be set to achieve business objectives through the development and implementation of marketing strategies and operational plans.

 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

To produce short and long term plans on strategies for existing products, including market positioning, promotion, pricing, distribution and packaging of products 

Leading the proposition development focusing on product and customer experience improvements

To work closely with relevant colleagues and teams to develop campaigns to achieve marketing objectives 
 

Market research and analysis to ensure the right strategy is made for Product development

Take responsibility of NPD to market

Take existing brands to an international level


 Analyse the market situation, monitor product performance, and identify potential threats and opportunities 

Produce accurate and timely forecasts, budgets and market share information in consultation with management and sales force. 

Maintaining brand guidelines and brand expression across all touch points

Operate the necessary control/feedback mechanisms and recommend timely and appropriate action in order to achieve marketing and financial objectives 

Further develop the company and product image though building positive relationships.

Manage the brand across different media and sales channels to satisfy varied customer needs 

Manage the budget and P&L for the brand

Ensure that you use commercial acumen to drive sales

Research market trends

Create  and implement new BTL and ATL  marketing initiatives to improve sales



Essential Skills: 

 A demonstrable background in FMCG, Fashion, Consumer Product and Consumer Goods

Previous  experience in brand management and marketing expertise 

Consumer marketing experience multichannel experience 

People  management experience 

Setting the Strategic direction 

Portfolio management experience 

Commercial awareness

 

The Ideal Candidate

You must have a strong commercial marketing background within a fast paced, consumer driven, FMCG background. Any international level is a strong desirable.. You will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and progressive environment.
