Marketing Manager - Own Label

Our client is a leader in the Food arena, manufacturing and packaging products across a number of sectors, many of which they lead!

They are looking for a Marketing Manager for their newest business unit to set up a team and create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy in line with the vision and ambitions of the business. This role is a 360 degree role which encompasses General Marketing, Category and Trade, as well as the opportunity to work closely with the sales team and indeed other business departments as needed. This role is ideal for someone who is looking for autonomy and the change to develop and mould a business unit from scratch. As well as devising the strategy, you will be responsible for driving the category within the company's Top 4 retailer accounts, as well as building a team around you.

You will be expected to:

Have a solid Marketing background with proven excellence and achievement in the area

FMCG experience

Man-management

Previous experience within Category/Customer marketing would be advantageous

Evidence of working with Top 4 Retailers

The salary for this role is extremely competitive and the role is based in East Anglia - Cambridge
