This is a rare opportunity to join one of Europe’s fastest growing food groups as a Senior Brand Manager responsible for their largest brand and most profitable brand portfolio.

The Business

The business is renowned for conquering the alternative food market with an ever increasing range of branded and own label products. Having recently been identified as one of the Top 100 FMCG businesses by The Grocer they have set foot on ambitious journey to increase their turnover and head up the rankings.

The Role

The role reports into the Senior Marketing team and you will be ultimately responsible for setting the growth strategy for their core brand over the next 1-5 years. Dealing with all retailers you will set the bar in pushing brand awareness to a new high, maintaining market share and pushing forward the NPD pipeline.

The Individual

This role will be a challenging but very rewarding opportunity for commercially minded, solutions driven brand markeeter who wants to join a seriously rewarding proactive organisation.  To succeed you must share a “win win” mentality and be prepared to “roll up those sleeves” when needed.

As with all international businesses there will be some stakeholder management therefore the ability to influence at all levels within the organisation is critical. There is also a defined and pacey progression plan in place for the right individual.
