Job Details

Following an internal promotion, a Blue Chip consumer business is seeking an exceptional business leader to drive activity across one of their largest grocery customers.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will have full accountability for two categories across a top 3 account, driving sales and profitability, whilst leading a team of 4-5 National Account Managers. Working in an autonomous and fast paced environment,  you will have overall sign off responsibility on budgets, whilst leading the implementation and execution of JBPs. You will drive senior retail relationships and play an integral role on the UK leadership team, influencing at all levels internally and externally.

Working for a truly global business, there are fantastic opportunities for further development both in the UK and Internationally, across a number commercial disciplines.

Of graduate calibre or equivalent, we are seeking existing SNAMs / NACs working within a blue chip FMCG capacity. Alternatively you may currently be a Senior Buying / Buying Manager, seeking greater commercial breadth. You will have experience of managing a significant P&L, driving commercial teams, and possessing a strong commercial mindset and a real desire to succeed.
