Your instinctive appreciation of the importance of correctness and detail must not stop at the sale - all supporting tasks must equally be meticulously attended to, be it dealing effectively with telephone enquiries through to accepting items for repair or specialist valuation .

Your spoken customer approach will be consultative, knowledgeable and ever pitched to win client confidence not just for the sale you are discussing, but to create a loyalty and relationship which will be long lasting and mutually enriching.

An eagerness to learn will be a natural passion - both appointments will offer specific training that should heighten the level of expert advice that you can then offer.

Good visual merchandising skills are considered essential throughout the entire store.

It would be useful for the multi-brand Luxury Watch & Fine Jewellery SC to have had previous trade experience - preferably with premium horological brands and fine jewellery - an understanding of watch part exchange deals could be additionally helpful, as would the possession of nationally recognised gemological qualifications.

On the other hand, the Pandora and fashion brands SC position must be able to demonstrate an ability to understand fashion and trends in retail, work to commercial targets, prove that they can adopt and embrace sales training imparted by brands, and be prepared to have their performance measured in terms of sales and mystery shopping results. We would welcome anybody with sales experience from other sectors of  fashion and luxury goods sectors.
