New Chapter are excited to represent a well-known FMCG manufacturer in the Personal care & Toiletries industry and assist in their ongoing process of expansion. Our client are one of the UK's leading manufacturers of own label and branded products within the personal care industry and have experienced phenomenal growth in the past decade in terms of both brand and customer portfolio.

Our client are looking for a commercially astute marketing professional to join an innovative, fast paced team of marketing experts as their Marketing Manager. The role will encompass traditional marketing management, managing a team of 4 direct reports across the marketing function, and an array of project launches including marketing campaigns and NPD innovations. The successful candidate will be overseeing the personal care category and will be reporting into the Marketing Controller across the entire business.

As a successful candidate you will have vast experience working with both branded and own label products and may even have experience in the personal care industry, although it is not essential. Experience in seeing through marketing campaigns from start to finish is essential along with experience in man management.
