Up to £65k plus £7,500 car allowance, 20% bonus plus package

We are currently recruiting an exciting role for a leading global FMCG business which offers a unique opportunity to operate as part of the high performing UK Business Unit, managing a highly driven and successful team of marketers, as well as leading companies fastest growing global brand for Europe.

Reporting into the European Business Unit Director, this role plays an essential part in shaping both the UK and European growth strategy.  Strong leadership, the ability to communicate excellently and a ‘true business first’ mind-set are essential in this fast paced, pioneering and diverse position.

Leading a team of three in the UK you will provide inspirational management, coaching and development of direct reports.

Within Europe you will lead the Brand Building Team to generate long term brand strategies with game changing, category leading initiatives that enable them to deliver against an aggressive global growth ambition. Your challenge as brand guardian will be engaging hearts and minds across the region to generate support and truly manage the vision and purpose of this special brand.

Expectations are high and you are likely to have substantial experience in a senior FMCG marketing role. Having managed a global brand and operating at a regional level with an ability to connect and inspire a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
