As a Recruitment Consultant at Clear Edge, you will be responsible for a number of specialist markets and recruit a variety of functions within those sectors. We encourage our Consultants to become 360 degree business professionals, ultimately leading to full responsibility for your own business unit. You will be tasked with building upon the candidate and client relationships we currently have, as well as proactively sourcing new vacancies with new clients. You will be given comprehensive training covering off all the key skills you require to ensure you become a top-billing consultant and fulfil your earning potential.
