As one of the U.K's largest suppliers of personal care products, this blue chip business have an excellent reputation within FMCG and are responsible for a number of power brands that are found in our homes today. Their product portfolio can be found globally and they are brand leaders across a number of categories. They place a huge amount of emphasis on their company values and the implementation of these values has excelled their growth of recent. An internal promotion has led to the creation of a gap within their Sales team.
You will have responsibility for a portfolio of products within the Value / Discounters channel. You will be targeted on budgeted net sales and margin targets whilst also having the responsibility of providing analysis & key insights in order to uncover additional business opportunities. You will also support the High Street account team and gain exposure to other accounts and joint business planning, promotional evaluation and account administration.
You will currently be at an NAE level looking for a new challenge and to take on responsibility for your own account portfolio. You’re probably frustrated with the lack of progression opportunities within your current business and want an organisation that will stretch your thinking and challenge you to build on your experience. Ideally you’ll have P&L experience, if not, you will have been exposed to this and have a decent understanding of the parameters.
