Job Details
A new and exciting opportunity to join the team of a global alcoholic drinks business as a Global Shopper Strategy Manager working on the on trade.
The key responsibilities will be to:
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to secure alignment on the on trade strategy.
- Identify a strategy for regional teams to identify and prioritise outlets by brand within specific markets. Combine this strategy with major events within the region (eg) Sporting, musical, cultural.
- Provide sales teams with the necessary toolkits to drive distribution.
- Work with local teams to establish clear KPIs
- Ensure local teams provide the correct resource by outlet and identify the tasks to be performed in each outlet.
To apply for this role you will display the following:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- A strong track record developing & executing successful On Trade Strategies across multiple markets.
- Minimum 2 years experience of category/shopper marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a business
- International experience
