As a result of their high performance the business is now looking to recruit ‘top talent’ from within the FMCG Industry.

What the job entails.
As the successful Third Party Field Sales Manager you will be expected to achieve targeted field sales growth and profit targets across the independent retail channel via the deployment of third party field sales resources. One of the Key focuses is working with our client’s third party field sales agency to ensure that they are executing in line with our clients impulse strategy and delivering at the right level. Ensure that all Field Sales Managers are competent and fully briefed on channel/account/brand and sku plans ensuring that expectations on delivery are clear and agreed from the start. As the Third Party Field Sales Manager you will be responsible for implementing and creating a strategy that will require a high degree of planning. You will also be expected to achieve the maximum return for the headcount budget that’s been set.

The successful Third Party Field Sales Manager will:

  • Have current experience in one of the following roles: Third Party Sales Manager, Field Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, National Account Manager or equivalent.
  • Have current experience within a Branded/Blue Chip FMCG organisation.
  • Working knowledge of the Wholesale route to market and Independent marketplace.
  • Have the ability to influence a team where there may be high degree of difference in the personalities and learning styles of the people involved.
  • Demonstrate the ability to challenge the status quo of existing ways of working and formulating new creative solutions to improve ways of working.
  • An entrepreneurial approach to identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Preferably be degree educated or equivalent.

Our client is looking to pay between to £50,000 - £55,000 + bonus + company car  + pension + healthcare + other company benefits.

This is a home based opportunity, maximum of once a week in the head office in West London.
