Job Details

One of Britain's largest branded food producers is seeking a charismatic and commercially minded Revenue Growth Manager to play a pivotal role in its Commercial Strategy and Planning Team.

In this sales leadership role you'll have ample opportunity to impress as you drive customers' and shoppers' needs deep into the organisation's strategic thinking. And you'll translate the resulting strategies into performance, through the delivery of the appropriate pack, price and promotional architecture.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensuring sales and customer strategies are integrated into brand plans
  • Working with the Account and Brand Teams to build contingency and gap closure plans
  • Working across functions to come up with a bottom-up budget analysis, including risk and opportunities
  • Develop, agree and execute a promotional strategy for category and drive brands
  • Improve promotional return on investment for category.

What our client is looking for

You will have significant commercial experience and an impressive grasp of P&L. Marketing or category experience and supply chain understanding would be highly desirable.
