Job Title: Technical Sales

Job Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience) + package

Job Location: The Midlands with UK and International travel

Job Type: Full Time & Permanent

My client operates on a global scale, is the market leader in the specialist field that they operate in and a trusted supply partner to the food and beverage industry. Growth and success has led to the opportunity for the right person to join this successful business.

The right individual will need to be energetic and focussed on developing sales, winning new business and meeting with clients and prospects both nationally and internationally. Ideally you will have a background in food science / technology along with some proven commercial experience and be looking for the next step  in a technical sales role.

Ideal criteria

• Degree in food science or technology
• 2-5 years practical experience in a development /applications role with the food and drink industry
• 3-5 years of commercial experience, ideally in technical sales
• Full UK driving licence
• Desire to travel both within the UK and overseas
• Be passionate about food, it’s ingredients and processing
