Title: Vice President Supply Chain
Reports to: SVP, Global Operations
Location: South East England

Position Overview
The VP Supply Chain will beaccountable for all Supply Chain results in the EMEA region.
Will manage Americas based country Supply Heads as well as corporate regional functions including Customer Logistics, Demand Planning, Logistics/ Transportation and New Product Launch.
Major Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Owns execution of standard Supply Chain capabilities & strategies in their region (S&OP process capability, Demand Management, Supply Planning, Inventory, etc.)
- Owns Cost Savings for their region including multi-year plan
- Owns Sourcing Strategy (design & cost requirements) for the Region in collaboration with Global Resources on multi-region supply chains.
- Owns Supply execution of New Product Launches in their region. Links with Global Categories, Commercial leadership & Global Manufacturing & Supply resources on transition points for global initiatives to regional execution and owns post launch tracking.
Experience & Key Competencies Required
- Fifteen plus years Supply Chain experience in FMCG or high volume pharmaceuticals.
- Multi-regional or multi-national experience
- Bachelor Degree or higher
