We're looking for a driving force to steer this cutting edge research company toward significant growth; someone who can manage a vibrant team of account managers, fieldworkers, researchers and insight specialists. The role will be to take ownership of all aspects of the business.

Based in our Midlands offices, the successful candidate will be a key member of a vibrant/dynamic team of dedicated shopper research aficionados. Someone with brilliant organisational and communication skills who is able to demonstrate a natural flair.

Role Responsibilities

You will be expected to be a driving force for a team of 15 and be a key contact point for clients. A key part of the role will be to take ownership of research projects and to manage them through from initial enquiry to completion and client satisfaction.

This opportunity has arisen due to the current MD seeking to step back from day to day running of the business. Also as a result of continued growth and demand for our unique research services.

Key requirements

The successful applicant will have comprehensive project and team management experience gained either in a research agency or client side role

• Be able to take overall responsibility for the business
• Manage all aspects of projects, from fieldwork through to final client debrief
• Demonstrate exceptional leadership, business and interpersonal proficiency
• Have strong people management qualities and be able to manage a small team of autonomous researchers at each stage of the project
• Be a team leader who can inspire others and be respected throughout the business
• Challenge the status quo and offer improvements within a fast moving and dynamic research environment.
• Ability to identify areas of improvement and take appropriate action.
• Attend client meetings as a respected Company figurehead
