Up to £50,000 plus car and bonus

This is a genuine opportunity for a talented National Account Manager / Senior National Account Manager with experience within the DIY channel who is looking for progression to Sales Director.

You will be a senior member of the national accounts team responsible for a portfolio of retail accounts totalling over £10m. You will have full responsibility for managing B&Q, where this company is the sole category supplier, as well as a number of other accounts across DIY, grocery and online. You will be working closely with the Sales Director, with a view to taking on a small number of direct reports initially before progressing to the Sales Director role within 12 – 18 months.

You must have experience of managing major accounts within the DIY channel and have shown progression to date in your career. You will have an entrepreneurial flair and be looking for an opportunity where you can have full autonomy and ownership. The company operates across a number of sectors and has seen phenomenal growth, featuring in the Times Fast Track for a number of years. Sales have now reached £50m across the group and as such they are looking for talented individuals to help move the business to the next level.
