Category Manager – Top 4 retailer

Title: Category Manager - ASDA
Location: Middlesex

Our client is a Market leading food business within FMCG, whose brands are known all over the world. They are currently recruiting a Category Manager to work across a top 4 major multiple.

You will be reporting directly into the Head of Category and will be responsible for creating strategy to maximise Category sales, identifying gaps and opportunities in the market to drive category opportunities. You will also have leadership responsibilities by having 1 Direct Report.

The successful candidate must:

- Be already be operating at a Category Manager level
- Have good analytical skills and confidence in data analysis
- Have a proven success of building and developing partnerships with retailers
- Have the ability to deal with pressure & strong time management
- Be able to demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills at all levels
- Ideally have top 4 grocery experience
- Already have experience of IRI, AC Nielsen, Kantar and Retailer E-Pos
