Our client is a highly successful multi-product retailer with a significant number of stores in the UK making them one of the largest retailers of their type. An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Buyer within the Healthcare team team, who will have responsibility for a number of key ranges within the category.

What has been at the heart of this success is the inherent passion within the business combined with a supportive and vibrant working environment. Thus applicants will need to be highly commercial experts in their field and true traders who have a strong knowledge of the both the branded and own label market. Reporting to the Category Manager, you will be part of a dedicated and ever expanding team with a unique,professional and can-do culture

To be considered for this role you will be working within a retail or wholesale environment and whilst it is desirable to have health and beauty buying experience, other FMCG category experience will be considered. It is however imperative that you have worked within a high volume / fast paced retail head environment where you will have a proven track record of trading a market-leading range. You will also be an analytical and ambitious individual who is commercially adept, adaptable and able to challenge the norm.
