If you are looking to work for a global employer who is at the forefront of the UK Grocery channel, this could be the exciting role you're looking for. The company has gone through a relishing period of growth via innovative NPD and the launch of new products and categories in 2013/14 and are now looking to add further talent to their commercial business unit.



Reporting in to the Sales Controller, your aim will be to control the Foodservice channel which is the most profitable branded section of the domestic UK business ensuring the overall business achieves its customer management mission and objectives. You will implement and execute the Foodservice annual plan across all customers within the channel, including Wholesalers, distributors and end users whilst liaising with the shopper marketing manager and corporate marketing departments to maximise sales.



The successful candidate will have the following criteria:-

  • Significant experience of managing National Foodservice accounts such as Brakes, 3663, Compass and Corporate customers at Head Office level
  • Graduate calibre with solid FMCG branded product experience
  • Evidence of sound JBP negotiations and delivery of customer objectives
  • Must see this as a progressive move in your career
  • Must be comfortable with working in a home-based environment
  • Able to influence, sell, & negotiate with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong communicator and effective networker
