As a leading convenience food business with a turnover in excess of £1bn, my client are a market leader in their category and dominate the chilled food to go sector. They operate from around 14 sites in the UK and have a number of sites abroad. They are currently undergoing huge growth, with £30m being invested into the site to facilitate the expansion. Customers include major retailers, foodservice providers, manufacturers, petrol forecourt operators and airlines. As a business, they offer strong career development opportunities and empower employees to be self-sufficient through a high degree of autonomy. As a business they are always looking for the best new talent and as a result are now seeking to develop two new graduates on their Commercial Graduate Scheme.

On joining my clients business you will be trained in all aspects of the business. This will give you the opportunity to understand the business from every angle. You will work closely with each department including sales, marketing and product development in order to understand the business as well as finding where your true skill sets are and what area of the business would be best suited following your completion of the scheme. After your 12month graduate programme has completed you will then move into a Business Manager position within the business with a set of responsibilities to match your chosen sector.

In order to be considered for this opportunity you will have a business related degree with an understanding of sales, product development or marketing. Ideally your course will have involved a sandwich year where you will have had the opportunity to work in a commercial focused environment.
