Our Company is Growing

We are a successful, independent, artisan bakery supplying wholesale to major players in the city including top restaurants, sporting venues, banks and the media.

We are in the throes of company expansion and are looking for a self-starter to drive our business forward in the newly created role of Sales Manager.

The Role (to start January 2015)

A motivated, flexible individual, with excellent communication skills to create and implement a clear, achievable sales plan to identify and convert new business, expand the range and supply of product to current customers and initiate a plan to maintain high levels of customer service. You will need to be comfortable with pitching to various individuals and at all times of day for example, Head Chefs at 7am, evening product presentations to company owners and their customers.

Your Experience

We need a proven sales background with experience and confidence in target setting, data analysis, planning, implementation and review of new business. An understanding of numbers and an interest in marketing is preferred. A strong people person with the ability to build customer relationships, you will also be a team player confident to work with office staff and bakers alike. Experience in the food industry is not necessary, but an appreciation of our business of quality produce is essential.
