Job Title: National Account Controller
Location: Home Based with access to London
Package: £70,000 + car/allowance + bonus + benefits

Established in grocery and looking to further develop eating on the go
Big company support with flexibility to react quickly to market dynamics
Delicious range of products with a signature taste based on our own in-house formula and production process

The Opportunity:

National Account Controller managing a team of NAMs
Manage senior level relationships within all accounts
Develop NAMs to maximise opportunities across all routes to market
Work closely with NPD and category to maximise product portfolio in all accounts
Acting as part of the senior management team for the business

You:

An FMCG background that has provided a classical sales training and an understanding of the core needs of modern account management
An ability to manage complex negotiations backed up with the credibility to manage category management
A track record of launching significant NPD and rebranding
Strong people management and development skills
Have the ability and confidence to make sound commercial decisions
