Brand Manager - Beauty

Exciting opportunity for an experienced brand marketer to join a dynamic health & beauty business in a Brand Manager position. £30-35k plus benefits – Home Counties.

THE COMPANY 

My client manufactures and distributes specialist health & beauty products for the UK’s top beauty clinics and high street retailers as well as having a large export channel. This is a forward thinking company passionate in developing specialist products that instill consumer confidence. With a long standing workforce they are looking for ambitious marketers to join the team.

THE ROLE 

• Become champion of the product range and brand strategy including ATL and BTL
• Liaise with internal teams to launch new products
• Aid sales in preparing and pitching promotion plans and NPD to retailers and prospects
• Create marketing collateral, merchandising and sales tools
• External agency briefing and management (advertising, PR, design etc)
• Competitor and market analysis
• Work with digital marketing to monitor activity

THE PERSON 

• Experienced brand marketers ideally from health & beauty but not essential.
• Financial acumen and the ability to be strategic as well as creative
• Organized and with strong communication and presentation skills
