THE COMPANY: This progressive and growing marketing services agency is part of a successful €4billion European Group. With an enviable portfolio of clients they are now looking to invest further to continue to grow their FMCG division. By applying insight, shopper data and analytics to target households that fit specific geo-demographic profiles they enable brands to connect directly with consumers in their homes. This carefully targeted approach delivers measurable results for their FMCG clients and is an additional, cost effective and creative use of their marketing budgets.

WHAT YOU WILL DO: This is a strategic sales role that combines hands on sales activity and direct involvement in shaping campaigns and propositions. You will network within the FMCG marketing community and build relationships with senior influencers and decisions makers. Using case studies, analytics and data you will target brand marketers and their agencies and communicate the benefits of this effective, flexible and highly measureable approach. Ultimately you will relish the responsibility of closing deals, achieving revenue targets and realising your bonus objectives.

ABOUT YOU: You are looking for a new challenge. A role which offers an opportunity to use your FMCG experience and work with like minded people in a more progressive and creative environment. With at least 10 years’ sales and marketing experience you have an excellent understanding of the FMCG sector including exposure to Account Management, Shopper/Customer Marketing and Category Management. You have a confident, consultative style and excellent listening skills which help you to develop close customer partnerships and truly understand their needs.
