Due to an exciting new partnership with RB, ShopSmart Agency are recruiting for a team of Retail Advisors who will be working with major UK multiple retailers, driving sales across a variety of categories.

Salary: £19,000 - 10% bonus plus company car
Location:  Northampton/Milton Keynes/Luton

The Role

• You will be the face of the brands, developing strong customer relationships
• Responsible for product availability and visibility across several categories
• Delivery of national plans at store level
• Use of store level sales data to drive in call objectives
• Identify and implement local opportunities
• Reporting on market intelligence

The person we are looking for:

• A Game Changer!
• Experience in field sales and marketing
• Understanding of in-store processes within the grocery sector
• Ability to analyse and present data
• Previous experience in Household / Health industry desirable
• Enthusiastic and passionate individuals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
