As one of the U.K's largest suppliers of personal care products, this blue chip business have an excellent reputation within FMCG and are responsible for a number of power brands that are found in our homes today. Their product portfolio can be found globally and they are brand leaders across a number of categories. They place a huge amount of emphasis on their company values and the implementation of these values has excelled their growth of recent. They now have a 12 month fixed term contract requirement for an Execution Manager.
Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring in store excellence in alignment with the commercial plan through the management of the in store agency. Alongside this, a key objective will be to effectively communicate both internally and externally any insight from the agency in a timely manner. You must also manage the end to end POS process from the briefing to in store implementation.
Educated to degree level, you will have 3 years’ experience within FMCG working with retailers and having responsibility for brand executions. We would also consider someone with an account management background who has managed agencies and had exposure to shopper marketing. You must, however, have experience of landing branded solutions in store.
