As one of the U.K's largest suppliers of personal care products, this blue chip business have an excellent reputation within FMCG and are responsible for a number of power brands that are found in our homes today. Their product portfolio can be found globally and they are brand leaders across a number of categories. They place a huge amount of emphasis on their company values and the implementation of these values has excelled their growth of recent. They now have a 6 month fixed term contract requirement for a Shopper Marketing Manager.

Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will be accountable for generating shopper insight, shopper programs, leading range review processes with customers, and developing strong customer relationships within the UK business. This role will have a strong focus on strategy and execution and you will need a good understanding of Consumer behaviours and be able to effectively analyse data. You will need to be able to demonstrate expertise in analysis, developing campaigns, identifying promotions and constructing category growth plans.

Educated to degree level you will have a proven ability to develop strong With exceptional analytical, strategic, influencing and commercial skills you'll be looking for a role that will develop and challenge you, working with world class category leading brand. You will have a proven track record of experience from an FMCG, blue chip background, with strong marketing experience and exposure to shopper or customer activity.
