Brand Manager - FMCG Food Business

Our client is a forwards thinking, innovative market leading branded business, who have been pioneering in their thinking, resulting in year on year growth of their brands - currently worth in excess of £145m.  This is set to continue into 2015/2016 and we are now looking for a creative, tenacious marketeer from an FMCG background to join this growing team.

The role

You will report to the Head of Marketing and could take on the responsibility for managing an ABM ( dependant on your experience).  The role can flex according to your own background and preferences, so this is an amazing opportunity to truly make something your own, however we do need someone who has the following understanding

• Has evidence of putting together brand plans and executing them effectively
• Has managed agencies in the past - Digital and PR would be useful
• Is a commercially astute marketeer 
• Works with trade partners in packaging, development etc

We really need a creative, passionate, entrepreneurial brand marketeer to join, who also has a commercial understanding of value and return.  This is a fun, friendly environment to work in, where you will work closely across category, commercial and NPD. The business is flexible and hands on in their approach, so you need to have a ' roll your sleeves' up mentality

The business is part of a £700m t/o group, where there is plenty of opportunity for future progression.
