The Company:

An international market leader in the manufacturing and distribution of high end decorative surfaces, adhesives, flooring and laminates who work with the top retailers and merchants in the UK.

Job Description:

Looking for a Head of Sales who will be tasked with man management monitoring sales figures and performance of the team.  You will provide a high standard of training for the sales team and observe their performance out of the road. Along with your man management duties you will be involved in developing strategic sales plans, marketing plans and advising on forecasting for individual customers. You will monitor market and competitor trends and adjusting the direction of accounts accordingly.

The Person:

As Head of Sales you will have previous man management experience and have been in charge of a team of sales reps or similar before. You will also have a history of trading with tier one retailers and merchants for example B&Q, Wickes etc. You will be able to drive forward sales plans and have excellent negotiation and communication skills with an energetic approach.

The Benefits:

As Head of Sales aside from the opportunity to move quickly into a Sales Director role you will enjoy a package of £55,000 - £60,000 plus benefits.
