Our client is a leading drinks organisation currently searching for a Regional Sales Manager to motivate and manage their Midlands team and to deliver profitable growth within the On Trade channel. You will be responsible for setting appropriate objectives for the team and individually, to ensure delivery of KBI's, monitoring their effective implementation and providing feedback on performance against objectives.

In order to be considered for this role it is essential you can demonstrate success in people management, previous track record of excellent performance and results in your previous roles. Ideally you'll have a background in FMCG, be highly self-motivated with the ability to motivate individuals of different levels of experience and drive. You'll be a good communicator with the ability to process high levels of information into clear priorities for the team.
