The Role: As part of a dynamic and driven team, the New Business Manager will be selling a range of health and beauty products to salons, spas, health clubs, hairdressers, nail bars and hotels. As well as the products themselves the New Business Manager will also carry the newly launched range of gift vouchers as part of their portfolio.
The Company: The business is a privately owned firm which enjoys a £multi-million turnover. They are well established in their field but an innovative and highly focussed approach differentiates them from the competition. They have a very specific growth strategy in place and an empowered management team has been tasked to ensure that their expansion objectives are achieved.
As a New Business Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Field based, new business sales
- Engaging decision makers at all levels into a meaningful buying process
- Growth of an existing client base through cross-selling and up-selling
For this position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Tenacity, lively approach, fun and dynamic personality
- Interest in the health and beauty sector
- Demonstrable track record of success in B2B sales
