Brand Manager

Job Title: Brand Manager

Salary: £30,000- £35,000 (dependant on experience)

Location: Berkshire

PURPOSE OF JOB:

An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic business within the FMCG sector. They are looking to strengthen their marketing team with a Brand Manager to grow their brand and to deliver revenue and margin objectives via proactive management of the full marketing mix, within A&P budgetary constraints.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

*Ensure all internal and external stakeholders understand and support the brands' objectives and plans for achieving them.
*Develop & deliver annual brand plans
*Ensure timely implementation of key projects including new product launches and commercial plans, and ensure that recommendations are effectively implemented based on consumer insight with strong return on investment.
*Be the brand's voice in relevant social media channels; to build reach, virality and increase impact of online activity.
*Act as brand custodian of all consumer & product intelligence, ensuring that actionable insights and opportunities are disseminated within the business in a timely way.
*Support Marketing Manager to develop & deliver 3 year strategic vision for the brand

EXPERIENCE

*Degree (in relevant subject such Marketing or Business)
*Min 1 year marketing experience within the UK market
*Strong commercial awareness
*Excellent on MS Office (Word, Excel, and especially PPT)
