Proposition Development Manager - Marketing Innovation

Based in Surrey covering the UK and Ireland, you will be responsible for managing the 1-3 year pipeline across dairy brands (Cheestrings, Yollies, Low Low, Charleville and Dairygold) as well as some private label, commercialising projects and delivering through to handover. You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Building rich insight and knowledge for the key innovation platforms
• Supporting the development for the 3 years brand strategies
• Liaising with R&D, Shopper Marketing, Category, Sales and Finance to build compelling business cases
• Supporting the European as well as UK&I brand teams in any insight and concept writing for renovation projects
• Measuring and evaluating innovation launches

Successful candidates will have already gained significant experience in marketing innovation within FMCG and be able to commute to Ireland on a weekly basis for up to 2 days at a time. You will:

• Be able to demonstrate business growth due to innovation projects you have managed
• Hold strong project management skills, able to produce clear roll out plans
• Be a strong communicator, with well developed influencing skills
• Be able to demonstrate cross-functional working, enjoying working as part of a wider team
• Have clear drive, energy and passion for innovation, with strong business acumen and the ability to distil rich and inspiring insights

This role requires an individual who is capable of hitting the ground running. My client is currently launching two areas of the branded cheese business, as well as developing a first to market product for the UK.
